The Research Society for the Study of Hypertension in India (RSSHI) is a unique society of Hypertension expert doctors from various specialties and super-specialties including- Internal Medicine, Cardiologists, Nephrologists, Neurologists, Endocrinologists, Obs & Gynaecologists, Critical care and Anesthesiologists and other specialties.

RSSHI aims to foster a multispecialty and multi-super specialty collaboration for not just the treatment, management of Hypertension but also to “Cure Hypertension”.

RSSHI has more than 700+ members (as of, August, 2025) and counting, which are experts in treatment of Hypertension, or are on the way to becoming experts of the same. Our esteemed members include doctors from all specialties that have or may have to deal with Hypertension in their patients in one form or the other. RSSHI also aims to not just treat and cure Hypertension, wherever possible, but also to prevent complications of long standing Hypertension.

RSSHI under the leadership of Dr. CR Rawat for the year 2025-2026 is organizing the National Conference of RSSHI at Hotel Double Tree by Hilton, Agra, on 19th-21st September, 2025.
